The Lower Greenville Neighborhood Association (LGNA) was established in 1986. It is a voluntary membership organization that was organized to protect, enhance and take action with neighborhood issues including community, political, crime and zoning. Membership is composed of residents of the area bounded by Mockingbird Lane, Greenville Avenue, Skillman Street, and Ross Avenue (see map).
